Rhythm is a non-competition studio focused on all the good that comes from working as team, creating art and the love for music, movement & performance.With classes for kids to adults, our classes are for the whole community!

Founder &  Teacher

At the heart of my teaching is the belief that dance is more than movement—it’s a pathway to confidence, self-trust, growth and connection. My goal is to create a space where dancers feel safe to explore, challenge themselves, and step fully into who they are becoming.

Within each class, I intentionally foster a warm, supportive community where dancers are encouraged to collaborate, uplift one another, and move with authenticity. I strive to challenge each student in a way that feels both empowering and attainable, while ensuring the learning process remains joyful, meaningful, and memorable—because growth should feel good, and dance should always feel alive.

What I Want Students to Take Away

I want students to leave my class feeling proud of what they’ve accomplished and confident in the effort they’ve given. More than mastering choreography, my hope is that they walk away with a deeper belief in themselves—creatively, personally, and emotionally.

My aim is for every dancer to feel supported, seen, and strengthened by the community we build together, carrying that confidence beyond the studio and into who they are becoming.

Heels Teacher

My priority as an instructor is to create a space where dancers feel confident, comfortable, and fully present in their bodies. I teach heels with intention, softness, and strength, focusing on how movement feels rather than chasing perfection.

​

In my classes, I aim to foster a warm and supportive environment where dancers of all levels can explore their femininity, build confidence, and grow at their own pace. I value presence, musicality, and self-expression, and I believe confidence is something that’s practiced, not performed.

​

Above all, I want my classes to feel empowering, grounding, and fun.

What I Want You to Take Away From Class:

My goal is for every dancer to leave feeling more connected to themselves than when they arrived. I want you to feel proud of showing up, confident in your movement, and supported by the space we create together.

Whether it’s your first time in heels or you’re continuing your journey, I want you to walk out feeling embodied, empowered, and reminded that softness is strength.

Soft power isn’t quiet, it’s felt.

Karen Wright 

Yoga Teacher

Yoga found me during a season when I was craving deeper connection—to my body, my breath, and my inner knowing. What began as a physical practice quickly became a sacred space for healing, grounding, and remembering who I truly am beneath the noise of everyday life. Yoga became my anchor, my reset button, and ultimately my way back home to myself.

​

My intention behind teaching is rooted in that same experience. I don’t just teach poses—I hold space. I love guiding students into a place where they feel safe to soften, breathe deeper, and listen inward. Each class is an invitation to slow down, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with your own intuition and strength.

​

In my classes, you can expect a blend of movement, mindfulness, and ritual. I often incorporate oracle or intention cards to set the tone, gentle drumming to ground the nervous system and awaken rhythm within, and elements like ocean spray or aromatics to engage the senses and create a calming, immersive environment. These tools are meant to help you drop out of your head and into your body— into the present moment.

My hope is that students leave class feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned—carrying a sense of peace and empowerment off the mat and into their lives. For myself, each class is also a practice of presence, gratitude, and shared energy. We grow together. We breathe together. And in that space, something truly happens.
